Tender: Seeking a Strategic Partner – Antonine Housing Association

PrintWe are a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) in Scotland. We own and manage circa 330 homes, provide factoring services to around 700 home owners and act as the Managing Agent for the Care and Repair Service on behalf of East Dunbartonshire Council. We are a charity and employ 10 staff.

Following a challenging year in 2016 when we moved to high engagement with the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR), we are now turning the corner with a new business plan in place that demonstrates our vision and viability. Our governing body have agreed an ambitious agenda for the future to deliver the best results for the customers and communities that we serve. Following an options appraisal, we have decided to seek a formal partnership with a larger RSL that shares our beliefs and has the experience, credentials and financial strength to make our vision a reality.

We are open to proposals on how such a partnership might best be delivered i.e. constitutional partnership, merger or transfer of engagements, ensuring that the overall proposal is in the best interest of our tenants.

We invite RSLs in the first instance to submit an Expression of Interest in this strategic opportunity by emailing our lead officer (details below) no later than 12 noon on Friday 5 May 2017. To apply, you must be a registered and regulated social landlord. A prospectus will then be issued to interested parties setting out the next stage of the process.
