We want to be the landlord of choice, working with our customers, communities and stakeholders to create places where people choose to live and we need a strong team of people to deliver this.  Following a recent staff restructure, and as part of a wider organisational change programme, the following exciting opportunities are now available at Rural Stirling Housing Association:

HOUSING OFFICER x 2 posts

EVH Grade 7 (£31,282 – £34,350 pa) 35 hours per week

HOUSING OFFICER x 1 part time post

EVH Grade 7 (£31,282 – £34,350 pro rata) 17.5 hours per week

(All posts carry essential car user allowances and a contributory pension).

You will be a highly motivated individual with a minimum of 3 year’s relevant ‘all round’ experience of housing management within the social rented sector and an excellent track record of achievement in delivering front line housing management services. This will include experience of rent arrears management, void and repair management, allocations, tenancy management and dealing with anti-social behaviour.

You will be the main contact for our tenants across the full range of landlord services and be highly visible and engaged within the local community.
