Housing Officer – Ayrshire Housing

Ayrshire Housing£31,283 to £34,350 (EVH Grade 7)

Ayrshire Housing is a charitable company with Registered Social Landlord Status based in Ayr.  The organisation has a stock of approximately 1,500 houses.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed and knowledgeable Housing Officer to provide effective housing management services across a range of activities including rent arrears management, allocations and estates and tenancy management

You will have:

  • Sound knowledge of current housing related issues
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of impact of welfare reforms and introduction of Universal Credit on association’s tenants
  • A relevant qualification
  • Previous experience of providing generic housing management services to tenants
