Due to staff changes at SHARE a fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with Scotland’s leading learning and development provider to the housing sector. You will be key in assisting SHARE achieve its goals in the delivery of learning & development products and services, membership promotion and income generation.
Through this activity SHARE helps ensure staff and Committee/Board members of housing associations and co-operatives have the knowledge and skills to deliver quality services to customers, ensure sound financial and well-governed organisations and tackle current and future challenges.
As a part of SHARE’s small team, you will help shape and deliver the strategic direction of SHARE and help ensure budgets and financial targets are met. You will help develop and deliver SHARE’s educational and training courses and other learning & development products and services.
You will need to be highly motivated, able to multi-task and manage a complex workload. You should be able to take an imaginative and creative approach to your work including developing new services for the housing sector. It would be beneficial if you had a good knowledge of the housing sector and of learning & development.
You will have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. You should be highly organised, confident, able to take the initiative and able to plan & prioritise your workload. You should be committed to customer excellence and be a strong team player.

The post is full-time, 35 hours per week with the occasional requirement for out of hours working. You will be based at SHARE’s offices at Wellpark Enterprise Centre, 120 Sydney Street, Glasgow G31 1JF.
