We are looking to fill the following posts on a full time basis (35 hours per week)
Health and Safety Manager
EVH Grade 8, PA 28-PA31 (£37,412 to £40,476)
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Health and Safety Manager to join our staff team. The post holder will be involved in close team working with other colleagues and will provide a comprehensive and professional Health and Safety advice and support service to the Association and its staff.
The successful candidate will hold relevant NEBOSH qualifications, including the NEBOSH Construction Certificate, and have at least 3 years recent and relevant experience in a similar Health and Safety role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to carry out site and workplace inspections and risk assessments and an aptitude for producing detailed reports are also essential requirements of this post.
Finance Assistant (Payroll)
EVH Grade 6, PA17-PA20 (£26,748 to £29,241)
You will have suitable qualifications and experience to process weekly and monthly salaries and assist with our sales ledger and VAT processing. We are looking for relevant experience in wages and previous experience of Sage 50 payroll.
EVH Grade 5, PA13-PA16 (£23,287 to £25,880)
This post requires administration and customer service experience to deal with a busy and complex factoring service. This role will assist the Finance Factoring Officer in the running of our factoring services to owners.
EVH Grade 4, PA9-PA12 (£19,827 to £22,421)
To provide customer service and administrative support for our busy repairs department. This role will deliver front line customer service and telephone duties and a calming influence along with an ability to work under pressure are essential. This role is reception based.
For the above posts you will be computer literate, with a commitment to community control and a desire to achieve continuous improvement in the delivery of services to tenants and other users. You will also enjoy working in a team, have excellent communications skills and possess the ability to work flexibly with minimum supervision.
