Property Services Manager – Dalmuir Park Housing Association

Dalmuir Park HAFounded in 1977, DPHA is a Registered Social Landlord operating in the Dalmuir area of Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire.  We now manage around 900 rented, shared ownership and owner occupied properties and are committed to providing high quality services, improving and developing the local community and environment.  We also have a substantial wider action and community development programme which further enhances our activities.

Property Services Manager

 (35 hours/week)

(Grade SM4 to SM6:  £44,833 – £47,420)

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Association’s Property Services function and for the overall development and co-ordination of all strategies, functions, systems, policies, procedures, targets and budgets. We require someone up to the challenge of delivering a substantial maintenance and improvement programme.  A high level of technical/specialist knowledge is expected, to match team leadership experience leading to a high level of performance within a culture of continuous development and improvement.
