We are looking to appoint a consultant who can provide HR support to Linthouse.
We need assistance from a qualified and experienced HR consultant or consultancy in advising on compliance issues particularly those relating to employment legislation and best practice.
The successful HR consultant will provide guidance and support to LHA’s voluntary management committee and senior managers implementing the project and change management programme.
Whilst the emphasis will be on the HR consultant providing advice and guidance, we are also likely to require assistance with the ‘hands on’ tasks of managing the processes involved in communicating and meeting with staff.
We will also require the consultant to provide advice, information and services including
- the creation of a compliant HR policy framework
- project planning information and timelines for the HR aspects of our change management activities, including advice on the correct sequence of activities
- the sizing of jobs in accordance with EVH grading guidelines, job descriptions and person specifications, and
- Assistance as required with compliant recruitment activities.
The consultant will be an excellent communicator and will most likely have experience of providing HR services to the social housing sector.
