Advertorial: Making learning fun for frontline staff

SHARE training logoFrontline staff hold the key to housing organisations providing excellent services to tenants and other service users.

SHARE’s new conference – Connect, serve, deliver – making the customer experience exceptional aims to motivate, inform and celebrate frontline staff and the important contribution they make to their organisations. It will also provide a useful learning experience where they can pick up new skills, have fun and meet colleagues from across the sector.

There are some really excellent speakers such as our keynote Gavin Oattes from Tree of Knowledge who will be keeping delegates motivated and upbeat throughout the day. Gavin is a well-known speaker, comedian, writer, teacher and children’s author with an ambition to inspire, motive and make people laugh.

Alan Ferguson, director of SHARE, said: “We have been listening to what the sector has been asking for and set up this event in response. It is not always easy to release frontline staff from their day job but it is important to invest in this key resource. This will be a fun event and provide a key learning opportunity for delegates.”

The event will be held at the Teacher Building in Glasgow on Wednesday, 14th September and the programme is out now so you can find out more about what the day holds. Costs have been kept to a minimum with an early bird offer available until 12th August – and if you’re studying a housing related qualification there is an additional subsidised rate.
