We will be offering for Mid Market Rent:
The Southbank development will also include 25 flats which East Dunbartonshire Council will let to applicants on their waiting list for social housing.
Significant features (e.g. secured by design, eco friendly etc): Trust’s first Mid Market rent development, secured by design, canalside location, lifts, sprinklers. Our official opening is on 22nd April, with special guest speaker!
