Link aims to improve tenant communication with new website launch

website_ListingAs part of its commitment to improve communication with customers Link Group Ltd has launched a brand new website.

The new website will help Link engage more effectively with its customers, especially the growing number of them who want to access information online.

Designed and built by Glasgow based design agency Innovation Digital, the new website has a fresh, uncluttered design, an easy to navigate layout and high levels of accessibility. Improved content contains information on the many services that Link provides as well as giving customers the ability to easily report a repair, browse properties, pay for services and give their feedback online.

The new website is accessible from standard desktop computers and laptops as well as being ‘mobile-responsive’ (which allows mobile phones and tablets to access information too).

Link consulted with a broad range of users, including customers and staff, to make sure the site focussed on their requirements. A number of other features on the website will be launched in the coming months.
