Link to host over 60s affordable home ownership options information session

Link Group Ltd is holding an information session about the Scottish Government’s recently launched over 60s variants of the LIFT Open Market Shared Equity (OMSE) Scheme, the Help to Buy Affordable New Build Scheme, and the New Supply Shared Equity (NSSE) Scheme.
The session is on Tuesday 25 April from 10.00am to 12.00pm at Paisley Abbey and is open to housing professionals working in a development, strategic planning or housing advice role at housing associations or local authorities.
Refreshments will be served from 10am at the Abbey, followed by the information session presented by Link staff and an optional tour of Link’s Abbey Place Retirement Living development.
