River Clyde Homes striving to keep customers involved

River Clyde HomesRiver Clyde Homes is continuing its commitment to involve customers in the way it provides its services.

Over the last two years it has transformed the way customers can get involved in improving the things that matter to them.

Two new customer panels are being established this year; one to look at anti-social behaviour the other to look at allocations.

The panel will discuss issues and areas of concern on behalf of the wider customer group. From time-to-time, guest speakers will be invited to talk or present information on specific subjects as requested by the panel.

The meetings, both of which take place at the Holiday inn Express, Greenock are:

  • Anti-social Behaviour Panel: Wednesday 15 April, 6pm
  • Allocations Panel: Wednesday 22 April, 6pm
  • Julie Allison, One Call and letting manager at River Clyde Homes, said: “We already have customer panels for communications and repairs, both of which are well attended and successful. Two other aspects of our business that customers have said they would like to have a say in are antisocial behaviour and allocations. I hope people will give an hour of their time to join us.”
