People working within the housing sector are being invited to participate in an online survey that is focusing on the impact that COVID-19 is having on digitally excluded social housing tenants across Scotland.

The survey is part of a study being conducted by Eilidh MacDonald as a research assistant to Dr Vikki McCall, who is a senior lecturer in Housing Studies at the University of Stirling.

Take approximately fifteen to twenty minutes to complete, the survey includes questions on how your organisation has dealt with digital exclusion both during and prior to the COVID-19 crisis.

The main aim of the project is to analyse how staff within the housing sector are addressing digital exclusion and ensuring that tenants who are not digitally connected are still adequately supported throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. It is hoped that lessons in how to better support digitally excluded tenants could be extended beyond this period.
