Wellhouse Housing Association and Connect Community Trust are to continue to work together to improve the life chances for everyone in the Wellhouse area.

As First Minister Nicola Sturgeon made a stop off at Wellhouse on the campaign trail last week, the two organisations confirmed their commitment to joint work in the local community.

Chair of Wellhouse HA, Maureen Morris, said: “Connect is our most important partner in helping us deliver our wider role in Wellhouse. We have good quality housing stock and local built environment but we have always known at Wellhouse that our work is so much more than bricks and mortar and Connect help us deliver that. We look forward to a continuing fruitful relationship in making Wellhouse the Place to Be.”

Chair of Connect Community Trust, Wullie Mulligan, added: “We are rightly proud of our achievements over the last 12 years and value our relationship with Wellhouse HA. We remain as committed as ever to improving the quality of life and opportunities for all the communities we serve, including Wellhouse.”
