Window installation scheme to begin at Govanhill Housing Association

Govanhill Housing AssociationOver 80 Govanhill Housing Association properties in Glasgow are set to receive new windows.

CCG Specialist Building Services (SBS) will start installing the new windows for the Association this month.

The contract, which covers Phase 7 of the Association’s fabric renewal programme, involves the installation of the CCG Dual Turn Timber Window, as well as the repair and upgrade of stone to 86 properties.

Paul Muldoon, CCG SBS manager, said: “CCG SBS are delighted to continue our work with Govanhill Housing Association. The Dual Turn Timber Window is manufactured in a highly efficient setting and, with its excellent U Value ratings, will certify greater levels of environmental efficiencies for the Association’s residents for years to come.”

CCG SBS expects to be on site for an 18 week duration.
