Performance conversations for managers

Who’s it for and what’s it about?

The traditional focus of many an appraisal system has been around a formal ‘structured performance based’ conversation once, sometimes twice, a year.  Based on the premise that managers and their reports will be having less formal 121 meetings in between times.

This course introduces managers and decision makers to a new concept and approach to appraisal.  One where 5 types of Performance Conversations, replace the more traditional annual appraisal conversation approach.  Regular and structured conversations that managers’ can have with every team member, no matter what age or stage of their career.

This engaging workshop provides an introduction as to how the ‘Five Conversations Framework’ works how it can be used to facilitate regular and meaningful performance based conversations in your Association.  Performance based conversations that work well for you, your team and the organisation as a whole.
