Questions you should be asking – development

Who’s it for and what’s it about?

Your organisation may be undertaking a development project or considering doing so in the future. If so, your role in scrutinising the project and ensuring good governance is especially important due to the risk implications attached to development.

This course will help Committee/Board members understand the different steps in a development process, what papers they should expect to receive relating to a development process, and the questions or areas of scrutiny that they should focus on to minimise risk and ensure good value for the association.
