About Us

Kingdom Housing Association provides housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. Our Asset Management department consists of technical, maintenance and estate management services, plus a large team of trade operatives.

About the Role

This is a new post within our administrative team which provides support to the department in areas such as void and mutual exchanges, meter credit/exchanges, gas servicing and maintenance, cyclical and planned maintenance works and medical adaptation requests. You will be involved with the monitoring of our service via mobile working software, tenant satisfaction surveys, complaints and preparing statistics and reports. You will also process advice notes, invoices and credit notes, issue work orders and inspection lines, process and allocate emergency works and participate in stocktakes.

 About You

You will have proven administrative experience and be proficient in using customised databases and Microsoft office packages. You must be educated to HNC/SVQ 3 level. You must be a confident communicator, have good organisational skills and have the ability to plan and organise your workload whilst working to tight deadlines.

Although a driving licence is not essential for this post, this and access to your own transport would be desirable.

You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
