Job Title: Clerk of Works
Salary: £35,292 - £44,706 (Dependent on skills and experience)
Location: Link Group, Watling House, Falkirk
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term for 2 years
Link is looking to recruit an experienced Clerk of Works who can contribute to the delivery of a diverse programme of housing across all tenures. Our ambitions are high - targeting 3100 completions by 2021 - and we have a similarly high expectation of excellence in delivery.
As part of a multi-skilled team, the post holder’s primary responsibility will be to inspect the construction of Link’s housing development projects and contribute to the provision of a high-quality service to internal and external customers.

You will need:
- Previous experience in a Clerk of Works or similar role
- HNC in a Building / Technical / Construction related subject or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of building technology and contemporary regulations
- Knowledge of all health and safety procedures relating to new build housing development projects
- Knowledge of and commitment to good customer care and equal opportunities
