Property Services Manager (Asset Management)



EVH Grade 9, SM2 - SM4 (£44,652-£47,079) - (pro-rata if less than 35 hours per week)

Duration: Permanent and flexible 28-35 hours per week, by negotiation

Thenue Housing Association provides high-quality housing to just less than 3,000 properties in our six main communities and has 21 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow. We provide a factoring service to a further 600 owners within our communities.

The Property Services Department is responsible for the Asset Management and Development functions of the association. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to manage a team of Project Officers, to plan, deliver and monitor cyclical, major repairs and planned maintenance projects, and to provide a compliance service. Working with the Property Services Manager (Development), you would be responsible for the management of the Property Services Team to ensure that asset management and development programmes are delivered.

You will oversee the work of the Property Services team to ensure that the team is able to deliver the outcomes in the asset management programme.

You will have a track record of managing and delivering planned and cyclical maintenance projects, primarily in the social rented sector. You must have experience of working with volunteer Board Members and have proven IT, organisational and report writing skills and line management experience.

You will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to manage your own workload and that of the team. A full, current driving licence is essential.
