Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for Customer Experience Partner (Care & Support) on a full-time basis.

What we are looking for in our Customer Experience Partner: -

Leading our care and support services you will deliver an outstanding experience for both the customer and the business, will operate close to your staff and customers, and will be empowered to make the right decision at the right time, ensuring a seamless service delivery, right first time for every customer. 

With proven experience of leading, empowering and inspiring a successful care and support team in a people and service focused organisation, driving a performance culture and developing high performing employees and teams, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.
As a qualified social care practitioner, you will have the autonomy to deliver business priorities and manage your workload within a dynamic operating environment.

Our services are located throughout Scotland therefore a driving licence is essential.

Blended Working

Trust operates a blended/ working model and you will have the opportunity to work flexibly from both a remote location (‘home’) and your contractual workplace (‘office’) should you choose to do so. We have offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Wishaw and your contractual workplace will be the most appropriate for you and the requirements of the role.

There are no set rules for how many days you will work from each location, and you will be trusted to work from the most suitable location for the customer, the business, the team and yourself.
