Cadder Housing Association is a registered social landlord based in Glasgow which owns and maintains 697 homes for affordable rent and provides factoring services to 405 private homeowners.

Established in 1993 the organisation is a community anchor for the people of Cadder. The Association also owns Cadder Community Hub where we provide a range of activities for our residents.

This is an exciting time for the right individual to join Cadder HA. The Association is on a journey of significant change. The Board and staff team have invested their time and efforts into strengthening and improving services and internal operations. 

We are seeking an experienced Governance and Corporate Support Officer to join the Association. This is a key role within our organisation, that will support the Board, the Senior Management Team and colleagues throughout the Association. 

We are looking for a positive, experienced professional who will play a significant part in our continuous improvement toward delivering excellent customer service and to build a strong team and culture within the organisation. You should be a dynamic individual with the ability to think and act strategically. You should be creative, and solution focussed, with a proven track record in working in a fast-paced environment.
