Hours: Full Time, Permanent 35 hours per week and Part Time Permanent 17.5

Salary: £33,412 - £38,078 per annum, pro rata.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for two enthusiastic and motivated Neighbourhood Housing Officers to join the business to add value to the Associations busy Customer Services Department.

Due to a long-standing Full-Time staff member gaining promotion and an additional Part-Time 17.5 hours post becoming available we are seeking to recruit two highly experienced and skilled generic Neighbourhood Housing Officers who have good knowledge of housing legislation and procedures. The successful candidates will work within a generic team providing all housing services including: rent arrears management, allocations, estate management, tenancy management, repairs and maintenance, tenant participation and void property inspections and letting.

Both successful applicants will be responsible for managing one of our Housing Hub Patches within the Bellsmyre community within the West Dunbartonshire area whilst supporting other neighbourhoods as and when required. The Part-Time postholder will be sharing the service deliver responsibilities with your 17.5 partner ensuring a seamless service is delivered to our tenants within the housing patch. You will have had experience of working within a fast paced and complex housing environment delivering housing management frontline services to a diverse range of customers.

You will play be an exciting and integral role in our extensive Bellsmyre Regeneration Programme supporting the clearance and demolition of older homes which are being replaced by new build modern homes for the area.
