Salary: Grade 6 – £22,993 - £28,103 (depending on skills and experience)

35 hours per week

Based in Leith area of Edinburgh

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our maintenance team as a Repairs Hotline Assistant. The primary purpose of this role is to respond to repair requests from customers, raise and schedule the necessary works and provide administrative support for the Maintenance Team to enable key performance indicators to be reported upon.

You should have experience of contact management and repairs maintenance scheduling systems; experience of working in an administrative role preferably in a social housing environment; an understanding of the technical aspects of housing repairs; have excellent organisational skills and excellent communication skills.
