Block of flats planned for Edinburgh’s Morningside

Plans have been submitted to build a five-storey residential development on the site of a commercial unit just off Morningside Road in Edinburgh.
AMA Homes working with architects at Oberlanders have brought forward plans for 11 flats above in-curtilage car parking and services at ground level at Falcon Road West.
If approved, the development will provide a mix of two and three-bedroom flats
Soft landscaping will be introduced to the rear of the brownfield site.
