Tender opens for new Heating Services Framework in Scotland

LHCLHC Scotland would like to hear from contractors experienced in providing heating services for social landlords and other public sector bodies.

The public sector procurement specialist consortium is launching its first specialist Heating Services framework in Scotland, which will be launched in the autumn. LHC would welcome tenders from interested contractors.

Heating services have previously been available through LHC’s successful Whole House Refurbishment framework. However, due to customer demand LHC believes it is now time to launch a specific framework for heating services in Scotland.

The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is now available to download from LHC’s website for companies wishing to apply. Successful companies will be eligible to work for housing associations and local authorities who are seeking experienced, quality driven contractors who can provide value for money.

Contractors interested in applying for this opportunity can register their interest and download the PQQ from the LHC e-tendering portal – www.lhc.gov.uk/etendering.

The closing date for interested installers submitting a PQQ is Wednesday 27 May 2015.
