Glasgow-based 91BC Property Management has appointed Jack Moran as business development manager as the company looks to build on a period of steady growth in the residential property management sector.
He joins from Newton Property Management, where he was responsible for supporting portfolio managers across a range of developments throughout Scotland. Acting as the first point of contact for homeowners, he handled day-to-day queries, instructed contractors, and ensured service delivery in line with regulatory requirements.
Prior to his time at Newton, Jack Moran held roles in customer service, sales, and digital operations, including at Golden Charter and Inigo, gaining valuable experience in client engagement and process improvement.
At 91BC, Jack Moran will focus on developing new business opportunities, building client relationships and supporting the company’s strategy to expand its portfolio of managed properties. The appointment marks a renewed focus on expanding 91BC’s client base, following a period of review into enhancing customer service processes.
Francesco Mele, operations director at 91BC, said: “Over the past year, we made a conscious decision to prioritise strengthening our processes and enhancing the service we provide to homeowners. Having completed this important phase, we are excited to focus on developing new business. Jack’s appointment strengthens our capacity to meet the growing demand for high-quality, responsive property management.
“His on-the-ground experience, combined with his background in customer-focused roles, means he understands both the operational and relational aspects of our work, as well as the need to diversify and grow our portfolio. We’re delighted to welcome him to the team.”
Jack Moran added: “I’m delighted to be joining 91BC at such an exciting stage of its development. The company’s willingness to take time to invest in service quality demonstrates its commitment to owners. Property management is fundamentally about people, and I look forward to building relationships with clients while helping the business expand its reach across Scotland.”
