The Mixed Tenure Common Repairs Policy aims to achieve agreement and contribution from all owners for repair, maintenance and/or improvement to common parts within mixed tenure blocks.

This policy seeks to achieve this by clarifying the roles and responsibilities of all owners to a mixed tenure block, outlining processes for agreement, decision-making, challenge, invoicing and recovery.

The survey will provide residents of Angus an active voice in the development of this policy as well as considering everyone’s views prior to proceeding to committee.

The survey closes on 1 September 2025.
