A Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) sheltered housing complex in Coldstream, Gowanlea Court, turned 40 this month.

To mark the occasion residents and staff gathered to celebrate with a buffet lunch and were entertained with live music from Perfect Harmony.

Resident Ann Hogg, who has called Gowanlea Court home the longest, was asked to cut the cake.
