Cairn Housing Association appoints Chris Milburn as new customer services director

Cairn Housing Association has appointed Chris Milburn as its new customer services director.

Mr Milburn brings with him a wealth of experience, having served as customer services director at Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association since 2014.

In his previous role, Mr Milburn demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to enhancing customer experiences, which aligns seamlessly with Cairn’s commitment to providing quality services to its residents.

Angus Lamont, chair of Cairn, said: “We are delighted that Chris has chosen to join Cairn. We attracted extremely high calibre candidates for this post but Chris’s experience, knowledge and passion for customer service stood out. We now have a really strong Executive Team in place and look forward to the future with confidence.”

Chris Milburn added: “It’s a real honour to have to been selected as Cairn’s new director of customer services and it will be a privilege to lead their dedicated team working to improve the lives of customers.

“My last day at Hanover in May will no doubt be emotional, given my long career with the organisation, however, I leave Hanover in a good place and in the safe hands of Angela Currie and the rest of the amazing management team. I wish them all the best as I commence a new chapter in my career.”
