Caledonia Housing Association (CHA) has achieved the highest honour at the 2025 Scottish Home Awards – being named Housing Association of the Year.
The prestigious award celebrates excellence and innovation within Scotland’s social housing sector.
In addition to the top accolade, CHA received the Community Contribution Award.
The Community Contribution Award highlights outstanding dedication and impactful work by housing associations in their communities. It recognises CHA’s £12,000 community fund, which supported local organisations and directly impacted tenants’ lives as part of its Giving Back initiatives. The award also acknowledges CHA’s commitment to volunteering, community engagement, the provision of accessible housing, and partnerships that offer tenants energy-saving support and financial assistance.
