Campion Homes given go-ahead for 78 new Crieff homes

Campion Homes has been granted planning permission for 78 new homes in Crieff.

The builder has proposed to build 10 two-bedroom terraced houses, 25 three-bedroom terraced/semi-detached/detached houses, 34 four-bedroom detached houses, and nine five-bedroomed detached houses on a site 90 metres east of Hebridean Gardens, Kincardine Road, Crieff.

There were no public objections to the application, which was approved by Perth and Kinross Council’s planning and placemaking committee last week, STV News reports.

Previous planning permission was granted for the site in question in 2007 but only partly implemented.

Fife-headquartered Campion Homes recently bought out equity investor BGF’s position in the company following growth that saw its turnover treble to £45 million over five years.
