CCG Group has commenced a PVCu window replacement programme for Calvay Housing Association in the east end of Glasgow.
The £220,000 contract will see CCG install 248 of its windows across 31 properties over a four-week period.
A spokesperson for Calvay Housing Association said: “We’re delighted to partner with CCG to deliver high-quality PVCu windows that will improve the comfort, energy efficiency, and appearance of homes across our community.
“This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing our homes and delivering real, lasting benefits for our residents.”
CCG Asset Management manager, Jim Cunningham, said: “We are delighted to be bringing our supply-and-fit services to Calvay Housing Association for the very first time.
“Our one-stop-shop offering will ensure the association and their tenants receive both a high-quality product installation, as well as regular, proactive engagement during the time we are onsite.”
The Calvay Window Installation contract was procured via Procurement for Housing (PfH) Scotland.
PfH Scotland commercial manager, Chris McGinn, added: “We are delighted to be supporting Calvay in the delivery of such an important project. Our frameworks ensure that PfH Scotland Members achieve best possible value in an efficient and compliant manner, and our end-to-end service ensures that they receive all necessary support and guidance throughout the lifetime of the contract.
“I look forward to working closely with both Calvay and CCG during this project to ensure that the works are delivered to the highest possible standard.”
