The win follows last year’s double shortlisting for Regional – Scotland and Lettings Agency of the Year (Medium), where Clan Gordon was praised for its high standards and client-focused approach.

Now in its 18th year, The Negotiator Awards celebrates excellence across the residential property industry. Hundreds of agencies from across the UK entered the 2025 programme, with winners announced at a gala ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House, Park Lane.

Judges commended Clan Gordon for its clear values, standout website and unwavering commitment to “providing a quality service over volume,” recognising the agency’s focus on doing what’s right - not simply what’s profitable.
