Conference to tackle workforce wellbeing challenges

Conference to tackle workforce wellbeing challenges

A specialist wellbeing conference will return for a second year, following a successful inaugural event in 2025 that highlighted the growing importance of workplace wellbeing across housing organisations.

The conference is aimed at HR professionals, senior management teams, wellbeing leads and sector colleagues with responsibility for supporting staff wellbeing. It will focus on practical approaches to wellbeing that reflect the pressures and realities facing staff.

The programme includes sessions on wellbeing duty of care and best practice for housing associations, exploring employer responsibilities alongside examples of effective, sustainable wellbeing approaches. A workshop on wellbeing for diverse teams focusing on embedding neuro‑inclusivity in daily work and examining how housing organisations can better support neurodivergent colleagues through neuro-inclusive cultures.

Additional sessions will cover keeping well at work, overcoming limitations, and financial wellbeing during the cost-of-living crisis, with a particular focus on how to tackle the rising cost of day-to-day expenses and promoting resilience in overcoming challenges.

Now in its second year, the conference aims to support shared learning and discussion, providing delegates with practical insight to inform wellbeing strategy.

A limited 25% early‑booking discount is available for conference bookings made by 1 February 2026.
