Continued growth for Scottish Construction Now

Followers on SCN’s popular LinkedIn platform have surged through the 34,000 mark for the first time, delivering even more value for advertisers - and last month the free daily newsletter attracted a further 147 subscribers, while unique visitors to the SCN website were up to over 94,000.

The forthcoming Scottish Construction Summit in Glasgow’s SEC on October 22 is also attracting strong and growing interest from sponsors, exhibitors and construction professionals keen to visit the free-to-attend event.

SCN editor Kieran Findlay said: “It is really encouraging to see SCN continuing to grow month on month after more than two decades. I’d like to thank all of our loyal readers, our advertisers and our contributors and communications professionals who have made the publication such a success.”

Raymond Carr, SCN commercial director, added: These figures demonstrate the trust the industry places in Scottish Construction Now as its leading source of news, insight and intelligence. That highly engaged audience is what makes the platform such a powerful proposition for our commercial partners. Advertisers gain direct access to senior decision-makers and influential professionals from across Scotland’s built environment, with readership continuing to grow year on year.

“That momentum is also reflected in the Scottish Construction Summit, which returns on 22 October and will be hosted at the SEC for the first time following the event’s significant expansion. Demand from sponsors and exhibitors has been exceptionally strong, and with free registration available to construction professionals, we are expecting our largest and most influential event to date.”

He continued: “Moving to the SEC marks a major step forward for the event and reflects the growing demand for a national gathering that brings together the people, businesses and organisations shaping the future of Scotland’s construction sector.”
