Home Loan Services (Glasgow) Ltd, a highly respected new build specialist which has operated for 17 years, will retain its current team, its MAB trading style, and operating model to ensure continuity for housebuilders, sales teams, and homebuyers.

Both firms will remain fully independent, with separate FCA and business registrations, preserving broker choice across the Scottish new build market.

The acquisition reinforces First Mortgage’s commitment to the new build sector, combining the scale and expertise of both businesses to enhance insight, capability, and resilience while maintaining their individual propositions.

The deal reflects ongoing investment in the new build market, a key strategic priority for the MAB Group and further evidence of its long-term commitment to supporting housebuilders and homebuyers across Scotland.
