Full line-up announced for Share’s 2026 Workplace Wellbeing Conference
Share is delighted to reveal the full programme for its Workplace Wellbeing Conference, taking place on Thursday 12th February 2026, from 10.00am to 3.00pm, at the Glasgow Westerwood Hotel.
The event is designed for professionals seeking practical strategies to improve workplace wellbeing, support their teams, and foster healthier, more inclusive environments.
The conference will open with a keynote from Emma Willey, managing director at ACS, on Wellbeing – Duty of Care and Best Practice for Housing Associations. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, Emma will explore the critical role of wellbeing in health and safety, offering practical guidance for leaders on risk management and creating safer, healthier workplaces.
Later in the morning, delegates can choose between two interactive workshops to participate in:
- Wellbeing for Diverse Teams – Becky Choat, SWAN Scotland, will demonstrate how to apply neuro-inclusivity in everyday workplace practices
- Keeping Well at Work – Ashleigh Scott and Nikki Etheridge, Beatson Cancer Charity, will provide techniques to manage stress, maintain wellbeing, and implement effective workplace adjustments.
In the afternoon, Nicola Fraser and Cassie Gibbons, branch managers at the Royal Bank of Scotland, will deliver a joint keynote on Financial Wellbeing During the Cost of Living Crisis, providing practical guidance on budgeting, savings, and managing day-to-day costs.
The conference will conclude with Karen Leigh, mindset coach and hypnotherapist, delivering a keynote on Overcoming Limitations. Karen will explore methods to challenge limiting beliefs, reduce stress, and build confidence for lasting personal and professional growth.
Delegates will also have the chance to connect with sector experts and exhibiting organisations, including ACS, Aileen Carson Coaching, Beatson Cancer Charity, and HMRC Help to Save.
