Gordon Smith joins CIH as Scotland engagement manager

Gordon Smith joins with over 10 years of experience in membership engagement, leading business growth, building communities, and listening to members’ voices.

As engagement manager, Gordon will play a crucial role in supporting and managing existing CIH members while growing the CIH community in Scotland.

Gillian McLees, director of CIH Scotland, said Gordon brings “a wide range of experience from different organisations” to the team.

“I know our Scottish members will welcome Gordon and tap into his expertise as we move forward and support members with the professionalism agenda that is gathering pace across the housing sector,” she added.

Gordon said: “I am delighted to join CIH as engagement manager for Scotland. I am looking forward to getting to know the members in Scotland and helping them maximise their membership.”
