Reinforcing its reputation for design-led properties, the developer has been shortlisted for the flagship Housebuilder of the Year (less than 100 units), as well Small Housing Development of the Year for the striking new-build apartments at Craigleith Road in Edinburgh which are due to come to market shortly.

The final shortlisting – in the Renovation Project of the Year category - is for the exquisite refurbishment of two adjacent townhouse properties at Newton Place, near Park Circus, in Glasgow, creating four unique homes with fine architectural features.

Matthew Atton, managing director of Wemyss Properties, said: “We are thrilled that to see that our continued commitment to achieving excellence in construction, design and renovation has paid off with this recognition in three different categories, particularly as the shortlisted organisations are of such a high standard.”

The winners of the Scottish Home Awards will be announced at a ceremony on 11 June.
