Highland tenants invited to share views on council’s landlord services

A survey is being carried out to invite tenants to share their views on the quality of services provided to them by the Highland Council’s housing service.
An independent survey by market research company Progressive Partnerships will see postal surveys sent to all 13,799 council tenants.
The survey results will be used to help the council understand more about tenants’ experience of housing services and plan for the future using this knowledge.
Tenants are urged to complete and return their questionnaire by 10 February 2016.
