Jewson Partnership Solutions opens Glasgow AVAIL Housing Hub
Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) has opened its new Glasgow AVAIL Housing Hub.
The state-of-the-art facility is now open for trading and marks a significant milestone in JPS’ commitment to supporting housing providers, contractors, and the wider community across Glasgow.
Located at Unit 1, 221 Bernard Street, the new hub features a dedicated meeting space designed for use by customers, community partners, and third-sector organisations.
To celebrate the launch, JPS hosted a Glasgow Hub Open Day. The event brought together housing associations, contractors, council members,
suppliers, and local charities. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the new facility, meet the team, and learn more about the services available.
As part of JPS’ commitment to community engagement, the branch has committed to donate £5,000 to five local charities through a raffle held during the open day.

Suppliers also exhibited, showcasing the latest products and innovations in the housing and construction sectors.
Ryan Kellingray, regional operations director of JPS, said: “The launch of our Glasgow AVAIL Housing Hub marks a significant step forward in how we support social housing providers across the region. By bringing together materials, technology, logistics, waste solutions and training under one roof, we’re helping our partners meet the evolving demands of the sector, from rising costs and changing legislation to the urgent need for decarbonisation.
“This hub is more than just a supply centre. It’s a strategic resource designed to empower communities and improve outcomes for tenants. It also forms part of our long-term strategy to have multiple locations throughout Glasgow to support social housing providers across the city.”
In addition, George Boyd will begin trading from the Glasgow AVAIL Housing Hub, making it a dual-branded site - similar to JPS’s Aberdeen location.
