Kingdom Housing Association and Kingdom Support & Care, part of the Kingdom Group, have achieved Investors in People Gold accreditation, recognising a strong people culture across the organisation, and an ongoing commitment to creating a great place to work.
The independent assessment highlighted visible leadership, a supportive, values-led culture and a modern approach to performance that prioritises meaningful conversations, learning and collaboration.
Tom Barclay, Kingdom group chief executive, said: “We’re delighted to achieve Investors in People Gold across both Kingdom Housing Association and Kingdom Support & Care. It reflects the commitment and dedication our people bring every day.
“We are working constantly to ensure that Kingdom is a great place to work. This result shows that people can grow their careers here, work with purpose and feel proud of the difference they make for our customers and our communities.”
Andrew Latto, people and business services director, added: “Gold accreditation recognises the progress our people have made together, from clearer leadership and better collaboration to a performance approach built on real conversations and development. Achieving Gold is a rigorous process and puts both Kingdom Housing Association and Kingdom Support & Care among the top organisations for people development in the UK.”
The assessment for Kingdom Housing Association praised leadership visibility, cross-team working and organisational values lived in daily practice. The Kingdom Support & Care report described a compassionate, supportive culture where people find their work rewarding, and noted Care Inspectorate evaluations with strong results across all areas.
