The programme forms part of a long-term investment in East Renfrewshire Council’s housing stock, with around 300 kitchens scheduled for replacement during the initial two-year contract period. Subject to extension, the contract could deliver up to £3 million of investment over four years, supporting the replacement of even more kitchens across East Renfrewshire.

Being delivered by CCG Asset Management, the in-house planned maintenance division of CCG Group, the programme will involve the full replacement of kitchen units and worktops, as well as vinyl flooring within a 16-week programme.

East Renfrewshire Council environment convener, Councillor Danny Devlin, said: “We’re investing significantly in our council homes over 2026/27; highlighting our commitment to providing our tenants with high-quality, safe homes. This contract is testament to that, and we’re delighted to be working with CCG on the install of new kitchens, helping to enhance nearly 200 homes across East Renfrewshire.”
