Homes for Life launches new mid-market rent development in Musselburgh

East Lothian-based housing association Homes for Life has unveiled a new mid-market rent development in Musselburgh, following a £700,000 refurbishment project.

The initiative aims to provide high-quality, affordable homes for individuals and families in the area, addressing the growing demand for accessible housing in the region.

The development, at Old Course Gate, offers a mix of modern one and two-bedroom homes. These properties are designed to be energy-efficient and are intended for those who may not qualify for social housing but find private rental costs prohibitive. This project seeks to bridge a crucial gap in the local housing market, offering a sustainable living option with convenient access to local amenities, schools, and transport links to Edinburgh.
