Plans submitted for second phase of landmark Craibstone Development

With work and sales well underway for the first phase of the cornerstone development, the new application seeks to create 80 homes, comprising three, four and five bedroom homes. This pocket of homes will enjoy a unique setting within Craibstone Estate, with picturesque woodland views.

In its entirety, the development will see 700 homes brought to the area, as well as commercial space and a neighbourhood centre.

Lynn Melvin, senior land manager at CALA Homes (North), said: “The first phase of our Craibstone Estate development has been very well received and our first residents are due to move in this spring.

“We’re very pleased to be in a position to move onto the second phase of this landmark development, which will offer an excellent mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced properties, suited to a wide variety of homebuyers.

“We look forward to working with the Council to continue growing this landmark community.”
