Rosehill Housing Association appoints new chief executive
Rosehill Housing Association has announced the appointment of its new chief executive, Chris Chalk, who will start the role on 6 July 2026.
Chalk was successful after a tough recruitment process, during which the Management Committee were impressed with his dedication to tenants and communities, and the skills, experience and principles he will bring as chief executive.
In his response to his appointment, Chalk said: “I am honoured to have been appointed as the new Chief Executive of Rosehill Housing Association.
“Having worked in housing since 2003, including the last six years in community-based housing, I strongly believe that being tenant and community focused should be at the heart of everything we do.
“This aligns closely with Rosehill’s values and its long-standing commitment to delivering excellent services.”
Chalk added: “I would also like to pay tribute to the remarkable legacy of Geri Mogan. Geri has devoted 35 years of service to Rosehill, consistently striving to deliver the best possible outcomes for tenants and the wider community.
“With the support of a strong Management Committee, senior team, and staff, I look forward to building on these successes and driving continuous improvement.”
Paula McCann, chairperson of Rosehill’s Management Committee, said: “On behalf of the Management Committee, staff and wider Rosehill community, we very much look forward to working with Chris.
“We are excited about this new chapter for Rosehill and confident that, under his leadership, the Association will continue to build on its achievements and deliver positive outcomes for our tenants, residents, and the wider community.”
