Senior leadership appointments unveiled at Waverley Housing

Waverley Housing has appointed two new senior members of staff, strengthening its leadership team as the organisation continues to deliver homes and services across the Scottish Borders.
Barry Lees will join Waverley Housing as depute chief executive, while Charlotte Gray has been appointed assistant director of governance. Both will take up their roles in March.
Barry joins Waverley Housing with extensive experience in the housing sector and will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s strategic leadership, operational performance and delivery of its priorities for tenants and communities.
Charlotte will lead on governance, compliance and assurance, helping to ensure that Waverley Housing continues to meet the highest standards of accountability, transparency and regulatory compliance.

Charlotte Gray, assistant director of governance, added: “I’m really pleased to have this opportunity to help shape great homes and communities for people to live in across the Scottish Borders. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues, board members and our tenants to ensure that Waverley Housing’s governance and compliance remain strong, and that we seek to meet and exceed the evolving expectations of our tenants and the wider community.”
