Share announces keynote speakers for Inspiring Leadership Conference 2026

Taking place on Wednesday 19th August, the conference will bring together housing professionals from across Scotland for a day of learning, discussion and fresh perspectives on leadership.

Opening the conference will be performance coach and founder of Cognitive Athlete, Lee Eldridge. With more than 20 years’ experience across elite sport and business, Lee specialises in helping individuals and teams achieve sustainable high performance. In his talk, Leading Under Pressure: Building Self-Leadership in Challenging Environments, he will share practical strategies to strengthen resilience, self-awareness and focus, helping delegates lead with confidence through challenge and uncertainty.

Delegates will also hear from Lisa Marshall, dentist, speaker and mental health advocate. Following the loss of her husband Alan to suicide in 2023, Lisa founded The Widow Diaries to encourage open conversations around grief, mental health and resilience. Her keynote, The Strength to Speak: Leadership Through Loss, will explore how personal experiences can shape leadership, highlighting the importance of empathy, authenticity and courage in creating environments where people feel safe to speak openly about life’s challenges.

Closing the day will be James Fleming, founder and managing director of The Power Within Training. Drawing on leadership experience across the UK, Asia and the Middle East, James is known for his engaging and practical approach to leadership development. Through his keynote, The Power of Motivational Intelligence, he will explore how mindset influences leadership, performance and resilience, leaving delegates with practical tools to overcome limiting beliefs, embrace change and unlock potential in themselves and others.
