Share Annual Conference 2024

Time is running out to secure your spot at Share’s Annual Conference which takes place from the 15-16th March 2024 at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow.

With less than two weeks to go, speakers have been finalised and you can click here to view the conference programme.

Share has experienced speakers from Scotland and beyond joining the conference to share their insights, experience and knowledge.

There will be a regulatory update from the SHR, keynotes that will look at building trust within the sector, the continuing impact of the cost of living crisis, and leading wellbeing within organisations. Delegates will also have the chance to attend workshops, with choices including:

  • The impact of higher interest rates on borrowing, savings and investments
  • How to make housing more sustainable
  • Recruiting and retaining the best staff
  • Creating diverse organisations
  • Damp and mould in housing
  • Improving customer service and dealing with complaints

There will also be multiple panel discussions taking place over the two days which will look at mandatory qualifications, what needs to happen with housing policy, and health and safety.

Share’s Annual Conference is available for both staff and Committee/Board members from across the sector to attend. Delegates will take away a lot of information that can be utilised within their organisations, and on top of this they will have plenty of opportunities to network with their peers who are facing similar challenges.

Delegates have the choice to attend as a day delegate on the Friday where you can access the conference keynotes and panel discussions, workshops and network with your colleagues.

Why not attend both days with our Residential Delegate package, which gives full access to both conference days along with overnight accommodation, evening dinner and entertainment.
